1. Who is responsible for your data
This website is run by Bulut Mesci under the name Lomboz Studio. Under Turkey's Law on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK, Law No. 6698), this person is the data controller.

2. What we collect
When you submit the contact form, the following reaches us:

The site does not use an analytics tool (e.g. Google Analytics) or cookies to track visitors. Data is only processed when you submit the form.
3. Why we process it, and on what legal basis
This data is used only to respond to your enquiry, prepare your free draft, and keep in touch. The legal basis is Article 5/2(c) of the KVKK (processing necessary for steps taken at your request prior to a contract) and Article 5/2(f) (legitimate interest).
4. Who we share it with
Form submissions are delivered and stored through Netlify, Inc. (based in the United States), which hosts this site, so your data is transferred outside Turkey. Netlify processes form submissions solely to deliver them to this site's owner. Data is never sold, shared for marketing, or passed to third parties except where legally required.
Everything on these pages, fonts and photos included, is served by Netlify; no request goes to any other service. Like any web server, Netlify technically sees your IP address when it serves a page.
5. How long we keep it
Enquiries received through the form are kept for up to 2 years after being answered, after which they are deleted or anonymised; if your enquiry becomes a working relationship, records are kept for as long as applicable law requires.
6. Your rights (KVKK Article 11)
As the person whose data is processed, you may contact the data controller to:
- Learn whether your personal data is being processed,
- Request information about it if it is,
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly,
- Know the third parties it is shared with, in Turkey or abroad,
- Request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate,
- Request deletion or destruction under the conditions of KVKK Article 7,
- Request that correction or deletion be notified to any third parties it was shared with,
- Object to a result that is to your detriment arising from analysis exclusively via automated systems,
- Claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.
